Was very dismissive with my concussion after a car accident.. likes to talk about himself. Had a seizure in his office in front of him and did nothing to support me or call for help. Left me hanging upside down in a chair unable to breathe. Prescribed an overdosage of medication that resulted in severe side effects and denied it. Said It would have happened anyways. I had to advocate what I needed for myself. Very dismissive to my complexes health care. Even with slow and slurred speech happening suddenly he said I was faking It!! My prognosis declined rapidly do to his lack of concern. Refused to send me to a neurologist. This the worst Dr. I have ever encountered in my life! Great guy if you do not have complexed health conditions!

Horrible service. Neglects their patients and doesn't not return phone calls or even pick up the phone.

My son finally got picked up by a family doctor in Barrie and we feel lucky to now be seen by Dr Slusarek. Very happy with our initial visit there. Both the receptionist and Dr Slusarek were friendly, personable and helpful. The initial contact at any doctor office sets the tone for the rest of the appointment and I felt seen and heard from the start. Look forward to continuing care with this team!

The doctors are great, they take their time to listen to you. The customer service reps are very friendly, but they are not always timely. It is not usual that you get a call back, and you always have to keep calling. Even then very few times it would get through. Frustraing at times, because things you speak to the doctors are usually urgent.

Thorough and personable. Relaxed but on the ball; a sense of humour and a pleasure to deal with . The office staff is always professional and pleasant. They are helpful and easy to work with when getting an appt.

The best family doctor. Always leave with a smile.
