Beware the 14-19 course levels 1,2,3. My son did a week of level 1 all but 1 kid failed the course, so you need to pay $350 again and again until you make it to level 2 not to mention the heartache and time invested. If 1 or 2 failed I could understand, a near 100% fail rate, the Navy seals are easier....

Seawall walk to downtown, beautiful clubhouse, lots of visitor moorage and one of the most beautiful harbours on the west coast of North America- right beside an historic Provincial Marine Park Island the size of Vancouver's Stanley Park.
