Racist Staff, i felt very bad today. I have been in Canada for almost 5 years and never felt that discriminated. Lady with Red hair threw the menu on our table, we ignored it and later she behaved like we were not welcomed at this place.. All brown people Don’t go to this Place. We Canceled our order and left the place.

Got seated quickly and given a menu. Waited 15 minutes ready to order but no one came to our table. Made eye contact with the waitresses. They saw us and just walked by. Never experienced this at any of their other locations. Other people that came in after us got service and drinks quickly. I live nearby and thought this was a good place to come and bring friends but not happening. My first and last time. Ended up at Jack Astors for my Wings craving. Phenomenal service there.

Really slow service the first and only time I went there. Midday for lunch. Not even busy. Took forever to get even some cutlery once out food arrived. I had to go get it myself. I wasn't even sure who our server was? Different people were coming and going for our table. I had the chicken and waffles. First time ever. Waffle was good. Chicken was meh. Unflavorful meal. May it was just me. Portions were small I found. On the plus side it was nice a quiet for my family to have lunch.

Terrible. I was apparently lucky to be seated and provided a menu. I waited 15 minutes and not a server checked in to take my order. Other customers who came in after me already had drinks and were attended too. The waitresses present at 5.15 pm on July 14, 2023 did see me but decided they were too busy to take my order- there were not many customers at the restaurant. I left- they did not seem to care. Discrimination of some sort at its highest.

Been to multiple st.louis locations many times and had phenomenal service but this was my first experience at this location and the service was horrible. The initial greeting was satisfactory. Once seated, we waited close to 20 minutes before just leaving as nobody came to take our order or even provide water. The sad part is that multiple employees noticed us sitting there but did not bother to attend to us. Before deciding to leave, a couple who came in after us were served right away. I would play the race card here and say if you're a certain skin color other than Caucasian then don't waste your time going to this location.

Went on for a girl’s night out on a weekday. Wasn’t busy at all. The vibe here is quite cosier than other St. Louis’ and the server was pretty chill too. My friends really enjoyed the Chicken Poutine and their Deep Fried Pickles were hands down amazing, a must try.Would recommend for a group of 3-5 people max unless you’re already down a few and just need a place to eat and chill!

We only came to have a drink and have appetizers. The waitress (Chris?) was really nice, and the nachos and mozzarella sticks were fine !
