I love the Mom and Pop stores. There is nothing like good ole fashion service. You do NOT get that from the big box stores. STONES has the most friendly staff you will ever meet. If they don't have something in stock, they have no problem ordering it for you. During this unprecedented pandemic, I realized just how important small businesses are to our community.

platinum blonde haired lady working there has no customer service experience and or work experience. Just gabs to their friends without even acknowledging customers. I timed it twice over ten minutes.. The second time I just walked out.Now I go to staples if I need anything.Edit*You don't take pride in your customer services unless it's your friends or else one of your employees wouldn't have gabbed to her friend who came in after customers were already there. Sure, you can keep up the quasi guise of pretending your employees are trained in customer hospitality but the lack of etiquette shows for itself. Like we don't have eyes here ?
