Though it's further from my home than the rest of the walk-in clinics, I'd rather go here. A wait time is acceptable, and the nurses are attentive and supportive. The place itself is well maintained and clean.

I attended this clinic for 10+ years I never received the proper care for my back now I’ve lost 4 inches and i more pain than ever. I was never taken seriously my my nurse practitioner. I have spinal stenosis, 2 slipped disks and never had MRI I am now, thanks to my own care and investigation am getting proper physiotherapy that I did not receive here!

I am never going back here again! I called to book an appointment for the walk-in clinic and the man on the phone was not only rude, he said he doesn't have to help me and hung up. I was trying to ask a few questions and he wouldn't let me talk at all, so I asked him if I could have a word and he said I was being rude. They were also rude to me in person!

The person at the front was very rude. They participate and have themselves on Medi Maps for wait times, but do not update. I drove across the city because it said they had no wait time, only to be turned away because we're not taking new patients b" and "we're full". They are not a walk-in clinic if they are not taking new patients

We came to this clinic just today because my son is not feeling well. We follow the walk-in procedure. We are suppose to be next in line but the receptionist inserted two people before use. The receptionist told us that those two inserted have appointments but I clearly hear them registered as walk-in. I am really disappointed! If there is zero star, I will not hesitate to give it to this clinic.

As of recently, I had a good experience with walk-in. I went during dead hours and it was about a 10 minute wait. Clinic is clean and they have comfy chairs. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all friendly and insightful.I recommend trying to go when its not packed.During busy days it can be brutal and wait times can be extremely long. Line ups can start outside. Best advice is to give them a call before-hand and ask them for an average wait time.

I'm sick on vacation. If you're from out of province and looking for help, well, don't bother with this place. What a waste of time and effort. Next time, I'm staying home and fighting this illness on my own.

I don't know who the receptionist is or who answers your calls but she is so rude! I'm talking and she keeps interrupting me. I just had a call with her today just asking what time my appointment is and she said I can't help you if you won't give me your doctor" I'm only seeing a nurse? She ruins my day. I call having a good day and she always ruins it. Had a call with her before and still the same rude attitude. Honestly I don't write reviews even if some are rude but she is different. she really ruins my day. The reason I giving one start is because of her. I'm not the only one who feels like this

My daughters came to this clinic as the clinic they normally use was closed. Someone named Lisa, was condescending, rude and made them so uncomfortable. A teen clinic should be a safe space to get help, not be judged and spoken down too, and completely shamed. My daughters feel ridiculed and now afraid to ask for help or see a doctor for fear of being judged. I've never been so disgusted or disappointed in a clinic before.

They are extremely slow here, it takes months with appointment to get in. The doctors don’t believe the patients issues enough to help with tests or medications, so if you drink, smoke, don’t exercise or don’t eat right those are your problems!
