I used the delivery option for quite a few times now while i stayed at Quality Inn, service was quick, polite, food was warm(not boiling hot but this is delivery let's not forget) on arrival and good taste. They do take credit cards over deliveries so i really cannot understand why it does show as a cash-only place...? Anyhow, food is good and generous, price is ok. Will order again!

Stopped in on Saturday November 6th and had a burger, poutine and a drink. Was the best poutine I have ever had in my life. Staff was nice and friendly. Hope to return to Rouyn Noranda one day to enjoy Chez Morasse again. Thanks!

What happened to this place its was so good before man oh man did i get the bad service there from a young girl attitude galore because i asked for my own tray in a double order she said we dont have enough trays but there was like 4 people in there then the hamburgers was cold the bun not toasted or buttered just plain the poutine was ok but to the young girl man it wasn't much of an ask good thing that the older woman straighten her out sadly i will not be good there again.

Ordered 4 poutines, 1 pogo and a steamed hot dog, we got 3 COLD poutine, the hot dog was cold as well. Ive been going there for 16 years thats the first and last time ill get disappointed.

Amazing poutine, this place is an institution. Don't get some silly flavor of poutine though, just get the classic!

The lady at the Tourist Office told me this place was famous all the way to Montreal, so my expectations were high. Well, it was okay... There is a great selection of interesting toppings for poutine, but the base dish could be improved. The curds were not daily fresh, so they were not squeaky, as you would expect them to be in a good poutine. The interior is quite bland too. Overall, it's a good deal for the money, but not something to rave about.

Awful service. Took two and a half hours to get food because they gave our food to the wrong people. Then we reorder our meal and got BBQ Pulled Pork Poutine but there was no pulled pork or no BBQ sauce, it was just a regular cold poutine with soggy fries. 0\5
