Great customer service. Luxe has unique design sets to try out different rings with various diamonds, accents stones..The negative point is the Luxe has very expensive lab diamonds and once sold even Luxe doesn’t accept it back . The making charges goes more than 70% of gold.

When I originally started shopping for an engagement ring, I was sure I was going to purchase one from an online retailer like James Allen or Blue Nile due to the large selection of lab grown diamonds. However, I quickly realized I wasn't getting the customer service I needed from these online retailers. After some research I found Luxe Jewellery in Burlington. They are able to source lab diamonds at an extremely competitive price to any online retailer and Sonali has great knowledge of what characteristics to select depending on the size of your diamond. After looking at multiple stock settings I realized we were going to have to design a custom setting which Luxe was more than happy to do. I went back and forth with Sonali on what I was looking for and she was always quick to respond and gave amazing advice along the way. They finalized the design and had my ring made in 2 weeks just in time for the proposal. I can't say enough how awesome the customer service is at Luxe Jewellery and how much stress it takes out of this expensive purchase. I would recommend Luxe to anyone looking for the perfect engagement ring that will definitely make her say yes!

I shopped around for an engagement ring and Luxe was the clear choice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have great selections and compared to other places, I felt like I was getting more for my money. They helped me secure a beautiful ring at the right price and with a quick turnaround near Christmas. What more can you ask for? I'm glad I went with an independent jeweller as opposed to a big box alternative. I would recommend Luxe without hesitation.

I am so happy with the experience and beautiful ring I bought my fiancée for our engagement. Everyone was great to work with including Alexis and Sonali. Sonali was very professional, helped to educate me along the process, and very consultative in recommendations. I brought two rings to Luxe Jewellery to have sizing beads put in. The service was incredibly quick and I’m very happy with the result. I will be back in the future - would highly recommend Luxe!

Great jewelry place to buy gifts .They offer gold , silver and diamonds.Staff are friendly and helpful.Great packaging.The only star that missing is because they didn’t have silver men rings only wedding rings.
