Angel’s is always a good option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Lots of options to choose from in the menu. The daily specials are often a pretty good deal. Their daily soup are always great.I’ve experienced this restaurant being the busiest for breakfast and dinner but there’s a lot of seating. Even when faced with a lineup, it will generally move quickly.Tonight, we had their meat sauce spaghetti as well as the BLT with a side of soup. These are by far our most favourite dishes from here.The spaghetti meat sauce has been consistently delicious for years! And their BLT is made of fresh crispy lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and your fair share of bacon. We like our bacon extra, extra crispy and the cooks are always happy to oblige! If you haven’t tried it yet, add mayo and yellow mustard on your sandwich - absolutely succulent.Another constant at Angel’s Diner are their desserts - they will usually a wide assortment of pies, cakes, cheesecakes, and more! My husband had the Coconut Cream Pie today, the empty plate minutes later was a good testament to its taste!Over the years, this location has kept some long timer servers which is always appreciated. Lately, however, there has been many new faces which is also very nice!A sure bet for no fuss, good food!

This is a legitimately amazing diner. It feels like walking into the 60s when I enter, and is fun just to sit down in. There are also pretty lights in the ceiling that almost make the whole place look like a juke box. Everything is giant - From the food to the tables to the gumball machine. Our server, Max, was super nice and was also really talkative, and let us know what they'd reccomend. Overall, 10/10 restaurant for anyone.

The restaurant was nice and big, but definitely crowded when we arrived. The service was prompt and waiting for the meal did not take long at all. Our waitress was a sweet girl who took care of us well. The breakfast is delicious because they always cook the bacon to perfection.

Smiling n ever so helpful hostess. Good food (though fish n chips could've tasted far better with a less oily fish). Warm n welcoming atmosphere, old world vibe. Will visit again.

Good but not my favourite breakfast spot in Guelph. Not the biggest fan of the home style fries and wished there was more seasoning. The atmosphere inside is super cute and retro which is nice. Service is also great.

Best value breakfast spot in Guelph! I’ve been going here for years and the consistency in the food is among the cities best. The staff is always friendly and the retro theme makes it a great place for dine in.

Always loved the diner feel in the restaurant.Most meals are served in nice large portions.My favourites are the Patsy Cline beef dip, and the breakfast poutine. Absolutely love their fries and especially their gravy. (Note: I always substitute the home fries, for real fries.)Food can take a bit of a wait to get to the table, but always comes hot and fresh. Not so sure you'd be able to get a quick bite, and leave during a work lunch break.

After it was discovered that we we're seated for over 20 minutes before being served, the food was delicious as usual. Fries well done with gravy is da bomb!
