Worst service ever, it took them 2 months to complete a simple warranty repair on my audio receiver. They were not providing any kind of follow up, If you call they tell you that it should only take another week... if there one guy who's responsible for shipping equipments between there offices is on vacation guess what? You have to wait for him to return before you get your device back!! When your device is ready, they call but do not leave any messages so you are expected to guess that it is ready for pickup. I'm not even talking about the fact that I waited 1 hours in front of their store in the middle of the day when a be back in 15 minutes" sign was displayed in their windows. Just horrible!"

they'll try to fix your microwave, might Eben actually do it if they can find the parts

I very des appointment with this place a send las 22 of July 2019 to repair my tv ,and I didn’t my tv back even a phone call and they never answer today is September 12 2019 and I still waiting for my f?!!’ TV , I was there twice and always close ,

Very LONG service - always need to call to see where the repairs are at...

If you bring your device for a warranty, do your own follow ups with the company. Also expect a wait time of at least 4 to 6 weeks.

Total scam, worst service ever. Don't bring your TV here.

Worst service I've ever experienced in my life!!! Constant follow ups, they leave me on hold for 10 minutes and longer most times, they say they'll call me back and never do. HORRID, do not visit this place!
