Mike Ryan is an angel disguised as a mechanic. His thorough approach, genuine care, and top quality service is the best I’ve ever experienced Not only did he fix my RV, but he took me under his wing to show me everything I needed to know to have a safe trip, way beyond the norm. I felt taken care of like family, never rushed and genuinely cared for. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

My greatest difficulty with writing this review will be making it so you don’t think it was written by their mom - because yeah, they’re actually that awesome. From front end staff to the shop, everything is professional, respectful and courteous. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and most importantly, there’s no surprises. We had springs replaced on our travel trailer, along with new bushings, drums turned and alignment. We couldn’t be happier with how it pulls now, and every part of the job was effectively communicated to us. There’s nothing worse than having your trailer held hostage in the shop while your travel plans are delayed. At D&M, there’s none of that. They got us in and out exactly when they said they would, and their estimate was bang on. We are from Edmonton and we’re so happy with our experience at D & M that we will be traveling to Red Deer the next time we need any work done just for the peace of mind that comes with having our baby in a shop we can thoroughly trust.

Mike and the crew always come through with the work to our fleet. Work is done in a timely manner with a very fair price. If he recommends something. We have it looked after right away. Great job D&MWolf Creek Schools

These guys were amazing! My husband and I were traveling thru and had a major, emergency issue with our gooseneck trailer. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. They stayed late; came in early. Reputable, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, honest…(thinking of more adjectives). Such a great company! Had leaf springs and a hellwig sway bar installed on my motor home, which really produced a more a more comfortable ride. Thanks for the recommendation and for being so honest about what I needed.
