I’ve been going here for years with my mom to get my eyes checked and to get new frames. The selection of styles is vast depending on what you’re looking for and want; The receptionists and staff are very friendly and helpful in helping you take your time choosing the right one rather than rush a sale for some commission.From Gucci to Dior to Michael Kors to Calvin Klein, and even cheaper brands depending on your taste, budget and preferred style; Round, big, small, rectangles, modern, retro, you name it, they got it.With that being said, it can be overwhelming but that’s why you have help and patience with the staff in helping you choose the right one or even multiple ones. Overall great service and I’ll be back for years to come with recommendations!

This place offers great selection at a very reasonable price. The service is top-notch! They are very helpful with picking the perfect pair of glasses for me. The optician and optometrist are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I’m very happy with my experience. I will absolutely highly recommend ABC Optical to my family and friends.

Originally we were booked on April 29, 2023 for 4 people (my dad, wife, kid and I). One of the customer service of this optical clinic called my wife last week informing that there is available slot on April 6, 2023 (without asking our age nor advising us that my dad who is senior is not included to be seen by optometrist) My wife said yes to this appointment date.When we are in the optical clinic, customer representative telling us that my dad will not be included for eye exam. My wife shocked. The representative explaining that the doctor on duty is not examining senior. I am not sure what is the difference of checking senior versus not senior. My wife telling to the representative who booked our appointment that she should let us know that my dad will not be included prior on booking. Then I believe the owner (guy) heard our conversation and butt in ( with face threatening, voice high pitch) if you dont like to be examine then dont be.We do not deserve this kind of threatening, in the first place if the customer representative explained prior on the appointment that my dad will not be included to be examined then there will be no problems. The college of Optometrist should be notify for this incident. What is the reason behind why the optometrist on duty is examining not seniors only, this is considered a discrimination for seniors

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants high quality not only from the products but from the staff as well! Dr. Austin Ly was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Albert and Lina at the front desks were amazing and efficient as well. I will definitely come back in the future! Thank you ABC Optical!

Every single staff was genuinely nice, friendly, and professional. I trust this place. The eye doctor checked my eyes for any problems. The staff took time to select many glasses for me to try and she was very patient and kind. The other staff was transparent about the price breakdown. They truly care about customers and it shows. Thank you for a pleasant visit. We appreciate your professionalism and friendliness.

I was surprised when receptionist gave me 2 pairs of lenses to try if i like it. She also gave me liquid and a case. It’s all for free. I didn’t pay for anything Now I can know if I buy comfortable lenses
