Fantastic customer service. Knowledgeable & professional. Suzanne is also punctual on deliveries and always such a pleasure to talk with. You can tell they have a passion for animals.Came upon them looking for a dog food no other store had. She offered to order it from the distributor and deliver (at a great price)!

The owners are very knowledgeable and very service-oriented. I have actually known them for many years, first when they were at the Centre d'achats Montpellier, and then at the Galeries Normandie, and finally at their current location on de Salaberry. Consistently friendly service, and ready to go the extra mile in case of problems (for example recently with my dog having stomach issues / diarrhea).Although the store may feel small and cramped, they actually seem to carry everything one might need for their pet, and if they don't have something in stock they could certainly order it.

First time here and the gentleman knew his stuff. Asked about fishes and gave us many informations and ended up buying 2 instead of one. I recommend this place! He also showed us a newborn 1 week old Chihuahua.

I really like the ambiance of the place as it gives off a family-owned atmosphere where you know, each pet is cared for and not neglected. In addition, the outdoor pond with saltwater fishes next to the entrance is very refreshing. I really like the various selection of birds available as I purchased lovebirds and budgies. The price is also fairly priced and even better than leading" pet stores that tend to both overprice and neglect their pets. The owner is also very welcoming and informative as he'll help you meet your needs with certain pets. I also bought fishes from this pet store and they are very healthy. There are also a wide variety of pet supplies which you know will meet your needs. All in all

Found this place on accident doing a Google search. Was able to get the perfect travel cage for my conure and got more information about birds and their habits! Very helpful and a lot of variety!
