They drove my truck off of their lift and crashed it into a wall causing damage to the front end. They didn't tell us, took our money and then when we asked what happened they denied it... then we told them we have dash-cam footage of everything that happened!Manager basically told us to pound sand.Emailed Head Office and Franchise owner along with BBB. Waiting to hear back...

Service was great! The Manager, Paul, I think, was awesome...he was going to close for the day and let me in to do my brakes last minute anyways.

Bought a truck here. Had one code. They agreed to repair it when the part came in. Now 2 months go by and finally they would fix it. So now not only is it not fixed it now has 4 codes. They claim not their problem. Offered to give him 500 for his troubles to take the vehical bsck ans resell it. They refuse, which to me would mean that they know there are problems with the truck. SO PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND AND SAFETY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. Might want to consider taking your service needs somewhere else as well.

BEWARE DISHONEST COMPANY!!! Took our truck in for brake repair, got it back with front end damage. When questioned about it both the technician and manager vehemently denied anything happened despite having dash cam footage of them driving my truck off the lift and into a wall! They blamed each other and said nothing. Refused to take responsibility or apologize even with video footage. Would never trust this outfit with your vehicle.

These guys are AWESOME. I had a tie rod break in Chilliwack and called to book a last moment appointment. Chilliwack KIA (our dealer) told me 2 weeks to help us and that could not get a part in-house for 7-days. That was a full-out lie as the guys at Minit-Tune did a quick search while on the first call, sourced the part, and said they would have it fixed the next day. Without fail, the part was ordered at 8am and car was fixed by 11:40 and at an extremely good rate! I am so happy I called these guys and would recommend them to anyone needing repair work. The big dealers simply didn't care to help but were happy to take our money when purchasing.

Thought this was a reputable establishment but the last time there showed another side. My driver's rear brakes were rubbing and heating the drum. I set it up myself and it was fine for a few weeks. The problem came back so I took to this Minit-tune location. After an inspection, they said the pads were cracked and needed replacing. I was skeptical because I had just looked over them but agreed to pay over $700 to fix it. Soon after I picked the truck up, the problem became much worse, shaking the truck while driving. I took it back and told them to fix it. I was told the drums were warped and need to be replaced for an additional $800. I asked why it wasn't identified when they did the job and the owner said he told me but I told him not to do it, which was a lie. In disgust, I picked up the truck and took it to Rick at Budget Brake and Muffler. After a quick check, he identified the emergency brake cable was seized and needed replacing. That was fixed for under $300 and the truck has been great since. After asking about the drums he told me they were worn but not close to being replaced. Likely, with the front brakes being in great shape, the back didn't need replacing either. IF you like being lied to and getting ripped off go to this Minit-tune. If you want honesty and integrity, go to Budget.

break service seems to be fine but the next time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change somewhere else they said the oil was leaking because last service used washers and incorrectly replaced cap.Do not recommend

The guys were great! They told me what work was necessary on my vehicle...Nothing more, nothing less. They were even willing to stay late so that I could have my truck back same day. They wanted me to have it back so that I could drive to work the next morning! Caring and service like this is very rare and much appreciated. Trent and Paul did a great job on my Ford F-150. They did great work and charged a very reasonable amount! Very honest, no hidden costs, and no unnecessary work! I will definitely be going back there again!
