Versatile Lawn Solutions

I used Brandan and his team at Versatile Lawn Solutions for weekly lawn mowing/maintenance and had sod installed. I have used Lawn service companies for over 15 years - this was the first year that I have used Versatile and it won't be the last. I have already signed up for them to do my snow removal. They did a fabulous job on my lawn this summer! They showed up consistently and always completed the job. They did a great job on my sod install and in my opinion used superior sod - I had no difficulties. Brandan provided great instructions on how to care for the sod after the install and I had no difficulties keeping it alive and growing during the heat of our summer. I look forward to continuing to use Versatile for my lawn and snow maintenance going forward. Thank you Brandan - it is a relief to find a company I can rely on to show up when they say they will and complete the job to high standards - I appreciate everything that you have done for me.

We’ve used them for snow removal both personally and for our rental property. We are always very impressed with the quality of the job and their promptness. Brandan is also great at responding to any questions in a timely manner.

We had this organization but bricks around our pool. They did this leaving a slope of mud around pool. They then had to come back at our cost to sod. Within a weeks the bricks all sunk. We also had them plant two trees one was planted backwards and died and the second died as it was not even in the ground.They came back this summer to repair. They raised a few bricks took a brick with them as they did not bring tools to job site.They were supposed to be here yesterday to replace we had to contact them again they can late today .We had also before they did work for us have them quote for my mother. Brandon aside he would call her and she never heard from him again.They may be great at doing lawns but this is not a landscaping business.

Brandan and his team were responsive, attentive and professional, ensuring the transformation of our yard from a tired old ugly mess to a beautiful picture! Cleaned it all up when they were done, and were good to deal with the entire time. Great small business, good people, happy to recommend!

I have been using Brandan at Versatile Lawn Solutions since his companies inception. I use him for snow removal and summer yard maintenance. Brandan started off as a keen young go getter and has only gotten better with the experience that time provides. Brandan and his team are polite, professional and a joy to work with. They continuously go over and above of what’s required of them. Although not in my contract; from cleaning up recent fallen tree limbs to picking up blown in trash they do what’s required to get the job done. I have a young child at home of who occasionally likes to leave toys scattered through out the yard. Sometimes I have forgotten to pick up prior to Brandan’s visit. No worries, Brandan will pick them up and carry on. Brandan now uses the latest tools and mechanized equipment to get the job done. He’s come such along way in such a short period of time. I highly recommend Versatile Lawn Solutions for your year round yard care needs.
