Had my work laptop broken. Took it in to these guys and they made it working again. Great customer service and excellent repair shop. Highly recommend!Best place to take your laptop for repairs!

This is by far the best place to get anything fixed!! The owner is amazing! I brought my phone there to get fixed and what I thought would take days he did in 20 minutes and charged me nothing! My daughter got her screen fixed from him for super cheap as well. Super friendly and 1000% recommend !

Absolutely awesome business! Ended up getting my mom a iPhone, she didn’t like it, because she is used to android. He let me exchange it for an android, and even let me pick out a new case for the phone with no problems. If you need your phone repaired, or want to get a new phone. Go here. He is awesome!

Dropped phone off for a screen replacement. Phoned back just over an hour later and it was done. I went to pick it up and they walked me through step by step how to transfer all apps and data. $105 later I was out the door. Cheap!

Amazing experience here! His prices are more than fair and he treated my 6 year old son so great! Really made his day. Anyone looking for a phone or to get theirs fixed should definitely visit this guy.

I see a lot of good reviews… a friend even recommended… just my luck maybe but I had the worst experience. I phones and asked for estimated time repair, 1/2 day I was told. Well I dropped it off on a Thursday to be picked up the following Tuesday. I show up after work to grab the phone… 5 days later… they haven’t touched it… the guy at the front is so stoned he thinks I sold him my phone… whatever, they took and hour more fixing it… couldn’t put a screen protector on to save their life… yeah I still need one… the screws on the outside aren’t even screwed down all the way… unreal… I went here to support local, I wouldn’t trust these guys to wash my toilet… do better

If you want honesty with great services then this is the only place to go in medicine hat ! He goes above and beyond to help people out even when he is not taking their money and the help he gives the elderly is bar none dont go anywhere else !!!$

Wow, these guys are amazing at what they do!You know how they say that most people’s lives are tied up in their phone. Well I had something that I had to get at and I wasn’t able to Because I dropped my phone one too many times.Well I come across hat phone repair, things happen so fast by them fixing me up,that I never had time to worry. I didn’t think it was possible to get a new phone that fast. Prices are amazing the selection of phones were awesome and accessories to choose from was great.This is a place to go to when you need a phone or repairs.

Had my S20 screen fixed there last year. Was pretty happy with the work done. Cosmetically, it looked pretty good, but after the back peeled itself off due to a damaged battery, I've come across some annoying discoveries.The good: Screen repair was completed (albeit later than quoted but it was done same day). Functioned as normal (aside from the speaker which I'll get to).Now.... the bad: you get what you pay for.First: I suspect they reused the adhesive for the back cover. It doesn't appear the surface was prepped like... at all when it was reattached as looking closely I can see debris in the adhesive and it was more than happy to let go with some gentle prying from my fingers.Second: The battery was forced out. You're supposed to apply isopropyl alcohol to dissolve the adhesive holding the battery in. This adhesive, too, appears to be reused as it was the easiest battery I've ever pulled out since they started glueing them in. This forcing out of the battery is likely what damaged it. Being a work phone, capacity is extremely important to me.Third: One of the screws is cross-threaded and stripped to the point of being unable to remove it without getting 'creative'.EDIT: After trying a rubber band and super gluing my screwdriver to the screw and failing, I now have to purchase a screw extractor set and pray that even works.Fourth: Immediately upon receiving my phone, the loudspeaker has had such issues that I ended up buying a new phone since callers couldn't hear me and the volume fluctuated the the point of being a nuisance, or being unable to hear notifications at all. This includes alarms.
