The bala store is my preference.Port carling has nice fir beams but service is lacking. I don't mind paying more for premium lumber, as long as it is.

staff inside is amazing yard guys well not so much I've had to go get and find my own stuff everytime, they sit in the lunch room watch you pull up and never come out other then that it's good and material is good

Called in order only 2 small items. Waited outside for call back like instructions said. Waited 45min. NOTHING called back said I'd come back before closing. 3 hrs later nothing for me outside. Called them, they checked for items then, after I told them again what I needed. They told me they didn't have it. Really? It's not like they were busy. There was no one there wth. Great curbside shopping experience. No phone call. Nothing
