I spoke with Justin. Made arrangements to meet him at my trailer park on Sunday a month ago. We needed our lot to be cleaned up and maintained every week. I explained that we needed the work done asap as we are listing it for sale. So time is very important. We called him Friday two days prior to our meeting on Sunday. No answer, we left him a message. We texted him on Saturday. No replies. We drove from Toronto to our trailer park about 1 hr 40 mins, hoping he would show up on Sunday. He never showed up. Never called or texted me. It's been a month, and we still have not heard from him. I read his previous customers' comments, saying how dependable and reliable he is from two years ago. As I mentioned, it's been a month, and we still have not heard from him. If u need a dependable, reliable landscaper? U should look elsewhere. This has set us back a few weeks from getting our place listed with our realtor and also cost us time and money.
