Purolator

Had an error in my address but they fixed nicely for the next day of delivery.

Terrible customer service. Good luck getting your parcel and receiving assistance when you don't.

They took time to help me tracking my pacage even if i called them by accident.

Purolator has suddenly decided not to deliver packages to my address. Instead of delivering to our address which is 1 km from the main road, they now expect me to drive close to 30 km's to some drop off point to fetch my packages. They are unable to at least drop off my package in my own town. After years of having friendly and reliable service, they've decided to throw that out the window. I purchase frequently from Amazon and other online retailers more so since the pandemic and have brought this issue to there attention asking them not to ship Purolator as they're not getting the service they're paying for. In the meantime, Purolator continues to drop my packages at the wrong address and they will continue to pick it up again at the drop off point and return them to point of origin.Also as other reviewers have mentioned, being able to speak with customer service seems to be quite a challenge. 2nd time waiting more than 40 mins.

I was waiting for my letter. Its appears that already delivered in my door apartment . But when i check there is no letter . Where did you put my letter ? I came to your office but they dont have any picture proof of delivery, the sender call your customer service but they said someone who receive it . Wheres the proof? How come?

Paid extra for express shipping for an important parcel. Delivery guy came to the door with packages but did not use the bell, left as fast as he came like a ninja, driving the package back to the warehouse that is far away and closed for the weekend. Very poor delivery ethics in my opinion, I do not recommend purolator for professional delivery courrier services.

The WORST delivery company ever. There is a package that was supposed to be delivered a week ago but because it's heavyweight they keep postponing. Contacted MULTIPLE times and they say the delivery will happen in a COUPLE of days. It has been over a week and nothing was delivered! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My bus was late and i arrive at 5h31 to pick up my package after rushing to get there after my day of work from 8ham to 5pm, nobody wanted me to enter or just open the door to talk to me directly. I don't mind respecting the rule and not get my package but at least open the door and try to get me any sort of service so we can organise something. Now i can't get my package and i can't comeback this week, thank you for wasting my time. 1min after hours is not that exausting.

The person responsible for delivering my product rang at my apartment door, I answered the phone, he did not say anything and by the time I got downstairs he was leaving the property and left a We missed you" sticker on my door. I got an eye contact with the delivery driver

This location has excellent service. The one in St-Sauveur.
