I purchased the RTG E-Bike 500XT for under $2000. Most of the sweet-looking E-Bikes available here in southern Vancouver Island are listed at 3 to $4000. Mike, Corinne & Alicia went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction (the way good customer service used to be in Canada). The 500 XT is a workhorse to be sure! (That's the reason I purchased it). In my first week I travelled from Hillside to Island View Beach and back home (about 40 km) and also towed a trailer with several hundred pounds of tools to my worksite about 10 km away. Ride the Glide and this E-Bike are game-changers for me!

Perfect customer service! I am from Quebec. I ordered an electric scooter. The checkout process was long and arduous (due to issues on my end). I mostly dealt with Corinne. She was very patient, very understanding, very quick in her responses, she worked very hard to satisfy me, even though I was not an easy customer. I then asked to change the carrier and once again, she worked very hard to satisfy me. The package was delivered quickly and in good condition. When I received my scooter, I noticed a small technical problem. I sent an e-mail and within five minutes a technician (Michael) was back to me and he too worked very hard to fix my problem. I was not treated like an important customer but like a human being. In my opinion, it is impossible to get better customer service. Thank you Ride The Glide and above all, thank you for everything Corinne, you are an awesome person.

I have a scooter that I did not buy from Ride the glide. I called them up for a service appointment and they got me in quickly and after 30 minutes of tinkering and confirming I just needed a few things tightened and my tires pumped up they sent me on my way free of charge! What lovely staff and service people, I'd recommend stopping buy and seeing all the new bikes and scoots they have on the floor! Next purchase will be through them for sure!

I emailed RTG about my scooter having a flat tire they told me to bring it in. When I brought it in Alicia was very knowledgeable and said they will have it fixed with in the hour. Dave the technician took great care and precision on my scooter, told me exactly what caused the flat and showed me. Fixed it within the hour changed out my tire completely and got me back on the road. I will be coming here for all my scooter repairs and any other services I may need. Fantastic service very highly recommended. If your in the market for a electric bike or scooter please go here and talk to any one of the knowledgeable staff. Thank you so much for saving me.
