This was our first cat grooming experience. We have a gorgeous rag doll cat named Luna and Katie was fantastic at navigating Luna’s problem spots (matting) while keeping her beauty intact. Highly recommend.

I started taking my 2 cats to Katie about a year and a half ago, at first she was great with good prices. The last few times she has been a nightmare to deal with she will not answer her phone and you cannot leave a message because her box is full. This last time was the deal breaker for me. I had an appointment so I loaded up my 2 cats drove 20 minutes, she had a note on her door that she was closed. She didn't have Enough respect for me to give me a call and cancel the appointment. So dont waste your time on her. Find somewhere else to go...
