Terrible taxi service. I get my trips through WSIB and the drivers wont even assist with opening their doors that don't slide properly. The whole reason for the trip is that I have an injury where I'm unable. The cabs are dirty and not in a good state of repair. The drivers are rude. There's even a driver who likes to watch tv while driving. They probably shouldn't be driving handicap accessible cabs. I do not recommend this service.

I had the vest driver last night.I had my little dog and it is cold.We waited outside for an hour for Vets cab, I cancelled it finally because we were cold and waiting.I volunteer and this was a foster dog from the Humane Society.Then I called checkerThey arrived promptly.The driver was nice.Iwill never use Vets again!
