The staff is wonderful, the fashions very nice looking. I talked myself into buying a linen top I loved, even though I felt it was slightly expensive. After the second hand washing it is starting to fray at the neck, which should not be happening at that price. If I lived anywhere near Parksville I'd certainly be returning it.

Great service, many lovely outfits to choose from, shoes, handbags, jewellery too.

This is a fabulous store!!! Very trendy clothes in a wide range of sizes and not overly expensive. Love the staff who are delightful.

It was recommended that we check out this place while visiting PARKSVILLE. So disappointed. Some clothing was good quality..some very poor quality. There was four of us..not one employee tried to help any of us...we were greeted but that's when the customer service ended. We were left on our own to find sizes and so forth. Even helped other shoppers while we were there Listening to one of the saleswomen.. VERY phony with the woman she was helping. She was fixated on her..thinking she had a sale for sure. The woman ultimately left empty handed and so did we. Oh well snooty..poor customer service..equals me and my party spending our money elsewhere. Your loss.

What a wonderful shopping experience. I have never had better service and the clothes are beautiful as are the clerks. I only wish I had had more money to spend. Thank you Julie and friends.
