Personal experience was good. Dealership charges are too high compared to near by dealerships. I never heard of $399 finance fee and $699 dealerships fee for used cars. Most of them I saw was $100 or $200 i.e reasonable for used cars. On top of that they were adding $549 wheel and tire package not sure if that is removable or not, but I don’t feel good adding that for used.

Unexpectedly walked in without an appointment. Was immediately approached by staff requiring if I needed assistance. The salesperson I usually deal with recognized me and said he would come back as soon as he finished with his client. While dealing with his client, he took the time to quickly found a Santa Fe to test drive. Absolutely no complaints with the top notch service!

I've been taking my Santa Fe here since 2020, and every visit has been great. Sam provided a detailed explanation after my latest appointment. They've handled warranty work and parts changes over the years flawlessly, without needing any follow up fixes. The service department is fantastic, and the waiting room is clean with drinks and a large TV. Highly recommend!

Kierra, the service advisor went above and beyond what was expected from her and I can't thank her enough. I would have blew up my motor if it wasn't for her personally calling me to tell me to put oil in the car I just purchased from another dealer. She was so honest with me, where the other place was so Shady. This girl should be promoted for caring so much about her customers. She made my experience so amazing, I would def buy my next car here!

I cannot explain how disappointed I am with Hyundai, and the service I received at the Bruce Hyundai location in New Minas.I bought a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from O’Regans just over eight years ago. Less than a year into car ownership, the fabric and stitching on my driver’s seat began to fall apart. Assuming this was an anomaly, I took the vehicle to their service center.I returned to pick up my vehicle from the repair shop, where the clerk remarked that “the issue was absolutely not covered under warranty, as it was determined that user error had ultimately caused the issue.”When I inquired to the clerk as to what “user error” meant in this context, he relayed to me that “it was determined that the only cause of this issue must have been due to the owner entering and exiting the vehicle improperly.”Curiously, I inquired as to whether their sales manager would mind accompanying me to the sales floor to give me a demonstration as to how a driver is supposed to enter and exit a vehicle according to Hyundai’s approved method, as I had never been properly trained. The manager declined this demonstration and remarked that they fixed the upholstery “out of good will.”Why am I recalling this issue then, in relation to the Bruce Auto Group? Not a few weeks ago, I brought my Hyundai into the Bruce dealership to have a number of Canada-wide service recalls performed on my vehicle, one of which was a software update to protect the engine from excessive connecting rod bearing damage. Not 48 hours after this software update, I received a flashing check engine light. Never having had one before over the entire life of the vehicle, I assumed an error had been made in the installation of the software update.Returning my car to Bruce Hyundai for what I assumed was a software issue, their repair department determined that my entire engine would need to be replaced.I handily produced all of my requisite paperwork, but was promptly informed the Hyundai had denied any responsibility for my engine failure, and would not be providing any kind of assistance. When I inquired as to what my options were in terms of recourse, their staff bluntly told me“Purchase a new engine, or purchase a new vehicle.”My car, for the entirely of it’s lifetime, was maintained fastidiously with regular undercoatings, diagnostic checks, and full premium synthetic oil changes for it’s 150k mileage, the overwhelming majority of which is highway miles.I also must add that all four service garages that I solicited for my previous service paperwork remarked, independently, that all of them were in the habit of regularly producing service paperwork for Hyundai customers, as engine failures are so startlingly common on these vehicles.I cannot possibly overstate my concern for any new customer, should you be reading this, that Hyundai will engage in some of the most absurd and insulting mental and legal gymnastics that they can, simply to absolve themselves of responsibility for servicing their products. This includes determining that my engine was indeed failing (at 150k of fastidiously maintained highway driving) but was NOT deemed “damaged enough” to fall under any kind of responsibility from them. This also includes blaming poor upholstery on the customer “not understanding how to get in and out of a vehicle.”All the staff at Bruce Hyundai expressed “concern over my misfortune,” but sales offered me no incentive to remain a Hyundai customer, and given the brevity and lack of communication in our conversation, didn’t wish to deal with me.Service also was insistent that they hit me with a $50 “diagnostic fee” on my way out the door as a special parting gift for having denied me any future assistance and determining that they were not responsible to service my vehicle. I think that was one of my favourite parts.Buyer beware. When it comes to Hyundai, customer service ends the moment you buy the car. You’ve been warned.

They were very helpful and professional, I would recommend them to a friend. They were willing to take the time to help me understand the different options in the vehicle after they delivered it to me.
