Nice clean bus, but the driver was extremely rude to some of the other passengers, and threatened to kick a passenger off the bus on the middle of the highway.

Driving back from Tofino, Dopey the driver was going 10-15 km below the speed limit. Past numerous signs saying “Slow driver pull out ahead”. And “Vehicles with 5 cars behind must use pullout” NOPE, sadly his dad didn’t pull out and neither did he. It was like Mr. Magoo, with many people making unsafe lane changes to try and get around this snail.

This company is run by con artists...do not trust this service, they left me stranded 3 hours up island away from home, no company phone number, no management accountable, Wayne the driver should look for a new carreer where he might be happy and kind..left me stranded in the pouring rain.its a complete online scam and sketchy service....buyer beware...there's other better transit on the island

Driver almost ran me off the road was totally oblivious that I was merging on to the hwy I would never recommend this company to anyone

Took this bus service twice over the course of a week. Excellent service, clean bus, friendly driver, easy experience. Busses came on time consistently. I would recommend with one caveat:- The ticket booking platform was shady. I ordered the tickets but they did not get sent to me via email or my online account. The following day, the driver would not allow me on as I didn't have a ticket, despite having the order number and credit card charge. However, he accepted cash only in the parking lot if there was adequate room in the bus. When I needed to return, I didn't want the trouble of tickets not showing up so I waited in the parking lot with cash again and was accepted without issue.- I emailed the contact with the travel/order info (no phone number available) and received prompt responses with a refund to my credit card. Can't complain about this, happy with the speed.Overall, this is a great option for intra-island transport and definitely NOT a scam as has been noted by some. The service runs reliably and I would use again, but the whole process seems a little atypical so bear that in mind.

Driver more concern about his own comfort and safety then passages. The price is high and service was horrible. I will find other ways

They through my luggage breaking a candle and the male bus driver was verbally abusive to people over the smallest things never I repeat never use their services unless you want to be stuck in a shuttle with psychos driving

Hey, what's the deal with transportation companies these days? They're always running late or making you wait, am I right? But let me tell you folks, I had a different experience recently with Island Link Shuttle.I needed to catch a ferry and was getting anxious about making it on time. But this Island Link Shuttle, they were like lightning! They picked me up right on schedule and got me to the ferry terminal with time to spare.The driver was friendly and courteous, and the shuttle was clean and comfortable. It was like being chauffeured by a professional driver, but without the hefty price tag.I gotta say, Island Link Shuttle really came through for me. They made my travel experience so much easier and stress-free. So if you're looking for reliable transportation, give these guys a try. I wish I could give a 0 star review because we tried to reach them many times by email 4 days before departure to know the bus status. They never answered and the bus was canceled. Now they don't want to give us a refund because they say that we never reached them. We did many times like I said. They just want to give us a credit ?!? I'm leaving the province so I won't be able to use it. They're just a scam.
