I brought my sewing machine in for service and was extremely satisfied with my experience. Ivana was friendly and knowledgeable about my machine. I was told it would likely take a week but I had it back in 4 days. I will definitely return to Nova sewing centre for all my sewing needs. Thank you ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not given all info at the sale of my machine.Two trips in from out of town to get the threader fixed machine only 6 weeks old then I had to pay for the repair.
