I had one small piece of glass cut for a table-top so this may not reflect the experience of most who frequent Vitrerie Raymond. I'm really happy with the final product but there were a few hiccups with the service.I was initially quoted a price much lower over the phone than in person. I walked into Vitrerie Raymond with a pleasant Bonjour!" and was greeted with a couple of blank stares and nothing else. The same thing when leaving. No goodbyes. I did not feel welcome there and felt more like a distraction. If I came in asking for 300 tempered glass panels with a colored backing

Incredible, fast service dealing with a major emergency. Large front door made out of glass shattered out of the blue and the team from VR was called onsite to help. Installed temporary wood door, cleaned up all glass and provided replacement price all within 4 hours.

Very bad experience in this one ... Bad service, high prices , highly rude people, impossible to get understood in English or French ( the old woman taking care of the customer orders should retire now ! ) . The quality of the glass I ordered was so poor in relation with the price they made me pay that I thought they was an error ... Actually not, they are just really bad.

I ordered a custom glass top for my kitchen table at 12pm. They told me it would be ready in 2 to 3 days. At 3pm that day they called me to tell me it was ready and brought it over. I'm so happy.I. Live relatively close and see the owner everyday in passing. He is really nice amd thoughtful.

Very aggressive drivers on the road. Was 1 cm from crashing into my car with a NEWBORN BABY in the back. Driver didn’t even seem to care and made a lame excuse that it was a two lane street. It actually was a ONE lane street with a little extra width for street parking. He was just in a hurry to get back to their warehouse on notre dame, and made the move to aggressively squeeze into our lane to get ahead. There were also dents on the side of their truck which meant they probably bumped into things in the past. What horrible people.
