I am so impressed with this dental office. My experience from beginning to end consistently exceeded my expectations. Front Desk are knowledgable and efficient in their delivery. They are very friendly and made the paperwork portion so easy for me. Dr. Avi Levi is very detail oriented, friendly and explains his process well. Toby has great attention to detail and concentration. He took the time to make sure my teeth were thoroughly cleaned and accommodated for the second appointment right away. I didn't feel rushed at all and she was honest which I truly appreciated from everyone really. Best of all, the staff made me laugh. :) Thank you so much for this excellent experience! I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Awesome dental experience today with Dr. Levi and team. He pays close attention to how I’m feeling and my dental needs. Who takes time to do that in today’s rushed society? Dr. Levi and team do!!

Awesome service and most importantly awesome dentist. On one occasion Dr. Levi refused to fit me with a new cap because it was not exactly perfect when it was being fitted. His comment “... I wouldn’t put this cap in my father and I certainly won’t put it in you”.... needless to say another cap was made to order and the new cap was placed perfectly into the upper front section of my mouth where it still sits today. Attention to detail is of utmost importance.... expect nothing less from this dental centre and Dr. Levi..... keep smiling!

Everyone is so polite and professional. All my concerns are properly addressed, they are very thorough. Very clean and everyone wears proper PPE. Highly recommend!

My dental crown came off while eating a chewy food. I was given an appointment within less than 24 hours for assessment and, as it turned out, for resetting the crown back in place.Under his calming influence, Dr. Levi immediately identified a workable solution after taking into account the various factors affecting the tooth. Within 15 minutes, the crown was glued back in place without issue and I was on my way.I am grateful to have a caring and professional Dr. Levi attend to the dental health of me and my family.

I met with Dr. Levi to discuss dental implant options and gave it a chance after a couple bad experiences with the front office. I found him to be highly engaging, very smart and personable, as well as honest. I will be retaining him as my general dentist. If not for an at best a so-so front office, this clinic would easily be a 5.Having said that, they definitely need better reception, but do not let this discourage you at all from contacting and meeting with Dr. Levi.

This is an amazing dentist. Dr. Levi is compassionate and an amazing listener. After telling him I had anxiety at the dentist he was deliberate in his actions and made sure to explain everything he did before he did it.Highly recommend this place for anyone who is nervous at the dentist. My hygienist was just as patient with me and took the time to listen to me before the cleaning.

I cannot recommend this place enough! FINALLY I found a dentist that doesn't try to take you for all you're worth. This is the 4th dentist that I've been to in Ottawa and Dr Levi is the only one I truly trust. My last dentist told me I had pre cavities" and that my like 3 slightly crooked teeth would cause all these horrible problems and I would need all this expensive surgery to fix it. When I saw Dr. Levi he said my teeth looked great: a litte irritated gums but nothing more.The hygienists and dental assistants are great too. Very friendly and professional."

The staff is polite, kind and efficient. Dr. Levi is the best dentist I’ve encountered. He is kind, has a calm energy, quick and a great dentist.
