The young Chinese phone repair technician is incompetent and rude. He made us wait for one hour to replace my phone battery. After an hour we found out he had not started the work yet. Then he hastily pried open my phone without using a heat gun first to soften the glue as i have seen in YouTube. He then damaged the phone with cracks and scratches. He did not to continue the job, put back the cover and returned the phone to me without apology for the damage. I demanded to pay for the damage which he refused. I was very upset when he started to utter f***k repeatedly. Then wanted me and my wife out of his shop as i refused since i wanted payment for the damage first. Then he called the mall security. People around watching told us the guy is amateur and better go to more professional shops.Beware of this phone repair shop! He will not issue receipt so you won't win.

Had 3 repairs and one phone purchase at this store with always exceptional service and reasonable prices. This is my go-to place for cell-phone repair. Just make sure you get to speak to the young repair person in the booth at the rear of the store, and not the store assistants.

The customer service here is amazing and very professional! The owner was helpful and fulfilled all my needs. Definitely come and get your phone fixed here it’s worth it! Reasonably priced and they sell cute little items like key chains that are anime figures, cool iPhone cases and many more!

This is my go-to place for all my electronic needs. Ken is phenomenal, always quick to answer. When I damaged my Note 9 and needed to replace special parts that were unavailable everywhere else, Ken was able to source it within a very short time! Very transparent and genuine team! I would highly recommend Phone Depot! Quality service at great prices!

Do not recommend! Went to change my MacBook Pro LCD screen and was charged $550 it started to glitch 2 months later. I was told I can bring it in and it’ll be free of charge to fix however after charging me the first time they want to change me $500 again stating there’s a damage but my MacBook hasn’t been dropped or had water damage. I gave in my laptop and didn’t hear anything back until I had to constantly keep calling. Not trustworthy or professional

I had my phone fixed here and the customer service was great. Recommend speaking with Ken who fixed my phone and has been repairing laptops and phones for 7 years! In addition, he took the time to explain to me about the best cases to protect my phone. He speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. I would budget at least an hour (even if they say less) for the phone fix as you don’t want to rush the job. This is also give you time to grab some food, bubble tea, and do a little shopping at Pacific Mall. Bring a friend (who has phone) so they can contact you once your phone is fixed and that way you’re not just waiting around.
