Poor service all around. Multiple complaints from staff at my place of work about rudeness, slow or non-existent response and poor quality/misrepresented products.Unfortunately there aren't many options when it comes to metallography equipment suppliers in Canada, but that does not justify any of the aforementioned behavior. I'll gladly take a hit on shipping and deal with another supplier.
