Mezza used to be good a long time ago. If you get the chicken shawarma plates or the chicken souvlaki plates you're just paying for awful rice and pitiful portions of chicken. let's just stop supporting a business that increases their price but reduces their protein quantities. Also the branch at Truro rarely steams the pita when served on a plate if you order from skip at least. Also they don't care about people waiting. I see them cleaning and doing other things in the kitchen while they know they have a customer waiting to order. I used to be a former mezza employee and that's not allowed. Serving customers that come in is supposed to be a priority.

Great experience at this Mezza location with our young family today. Staff were very friendly and helpful with getting extra utensils. Food was delicious and there was plenty of it, had to take the leftovers home because we were all full. Really enjoyed the selections from the new lunch menu. Facilities were clean, including the washroom which has a change table which is appreciated. Thank you for a very nice meal, we will definitely be back!

Online order didn't actually go through so when we arrived to pick up we were starting from square one. Standing in line for 30 minutes+. Ladies working were trying their best but they seemed seriously understaffed.

Very friendly staff members and quick service! It was my first time yesterday and I didn’t really know what to order, but their menu is really easy and lots of photos! Good atmosphere. Food makes you feel good, not weighed down.Will be back!

The chicken souvlaki wrap was 70% lettuce... my wife had the half half plate and they weighed the meat before putting it in the plate. I've never had family weigh the food before serving it... Would not recommend even if it is the only lebenese restaurant around.

The food is very good and the staff is very friendly. I give them 4/5 stars because they're essentially a fast food joint but their prices are comparable to places that have servers who come to your table to take your order.

This is a great place to eat any time. The food is fresh, well prepared, and filling. You walk out satisfied and full.Resaraunt itself is kept quite clean, and uncluttered.We had the donair combo, and had shcarma wraps. All delicious and satisfying.The staff was great working together as a team to fill the orders on a busy night. Impressive.I would recommend here to anyone...even picky eaters

I love the wraps. But only issue is inconsistency. It is not balanced. Various times, no proper balance in the ingredients.

George is best. He made our plates well. But Air Conditioner was not working. We and other customers were sweating. So owner need to take care of the ACs. I still give 5 stars for George.
