Im very picky where i take my ride. What i do to it and where i take it to get stuff done. He did a great job on putting on my hitch. Also very good with the appointment time.

Very fast, efficient and professional hitch installation. Waiting room had wifi so I was able to work while getting the install done. Highly recommend over other shops which charge a couple hundred more for the same exact thing

Bruce bought a wrong hitch on my first appointment before Thanksgiving. He ordered the correct one immediately. He came in the shop on the Thanksgiving long weekend for (2) hours specifically for me to install the hitch. Bruce also gave me a significant discount to compensate for the error, which I did not ask. He did a great job and I was so impressed by his kindness and generosity. I did not buy the bike rack from him but he took his time to explain how to attach and secure the bikes and rack on the hitch. I installed my bike rack and made a great ride along the beautiful Welland Canal trail with my daughter on Thanksgiving Monday. I brought a x6 to install a tow hitch. He was very responsible and professional. I had a hard time deciding what to do with the trailer brake and etc, yet he is still patient and cool. Would definately recommend going this place.
