5 stars!! I went the other day, the receptionist ladies were SO SO nice to me! Very respectful, and patientDr.Offiah Was amazing as well, he didn’t make me feel like my concerns were pushed aside, and he was super caring. He immediately sent me to the ER with a referral once he realized it was something possibly concerning, and kept making sure I was ok throughout the appointment and had a way there. He took genuine concern in my pregnancy, despite it being early, and overall made it a safe and caring environment.I highly recommend! Thank you so much to the staff for listening to me!

The receptionists are great but the actual doctors are absolute garbage at their job. Waited hours for my appointment for the doctor too instantly assume everything is Covid related when its not. He also proceeded to tell me he isn't going to help me. Im negative for Covid and apparently if you get sick with anything (strep throat) during a pandemic you're instantly considered covid positive from a doctor who didn't attend a single day of school in North America. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

The best of the bad. This is the 4th clinic I've gone to since I moved to SK. I've been there about 2 years now and see Dr. Anoche. I stuck with it because, while she's rather brusque and often seems impatient (and never remembers who I am) she tries to work the problem and gives intelligent advice (unlike the last 2 places, 1st place the doctor left for greener pastures after only a month or so). I note she works 6 days a week plus overtime, according to a little chitchat we had once had, this is to pay for her student loans etc. So I don't blame her for not having much emotional response and not remembering me. As for the front staff, they're a pretty mixed bag. I've had great service and really poor service there, it's really luck of the draw. Overall, about what you should expect from most clinics that have doctors accepting new patients in the major urban centres of Canada.

The first couple times I came to this clinic, I enjoyed my experience! The front desk ladies were great. We got in pretty promptly, and the doctor was great with my little one who is afraid of doctors. The next couple times, the wait was pretty long, my baby was getting restless and grouchy, but it was worth it to see Dr. Anochi. People here are complaining about wait times, many clinics are long wait times!

Very poor front staff, I called to make an appointment was on hold for 22 minutes then she came on the line and I started giving her my information put me on hold again for another 20 minutes, then another girl came on the line and said the girl helping me went for coffee. Omg, believe it or not I still went for the appointment and waited only about 15 minutes. Dr Anochie very nice and helpful. Good doctor very very poor front staff, busy office many people waiting but I got in soon as I had an appointment.

If they tell you that they have an appointment on the day of, don’t fall for it. I called to see if my son could get in to see a doctor. I was told the doctor was available at 3:40pm for a phone appointment. 3:50pm rolls around and no call. I called at 4pm because I understand doctors are busy and there’s a chance they were running behind. We were told that the doctor was with a patient but that the doctor would call us back shortly. We waited and waited. We were obviously concerned about our son, otherwise we wouldn’t have booked to see a doctor… 3 calls later, they finally told us that their system was down and that they were closing right away so, the doctor would call us the next day. I called 3 times following our scheduled time in an effort to get an updated estimated time of the phone call so, they had our contact info. They had the opportunity each time to tell us that the doctor wouldn’t be able to see us but, left it until they were closing to inform us. No phone call was received the following day either. I understand that doctors are busy. However, don’t lead patients on to beeline that they will be seen only to completely leave them hanging. I will never return here again. And I don’t recommend anyone seek out any services here.

I’ve been going to this clinic to see Dr.Offiah for many years and have never had a problem getting in. Usually that day or next day for sure.Even during the busy times and pandemic, I have never had a problem getting in to see my Dr.All staff are friendly tooI’ll continue going here as long as I’m here

Today I visited this location for the very first time and I am overly pleased with everyone who works there. The two very pleasant young associates behind the front desk gave me exceptional customer service. As they did everyone else both there in the waiting room, as well as what I overheard them give on the phone.And one more compliment to this specific Medical Center is I had Dr. Surtie, and he too was fantastic! He was kind, pleasant to talk to, and most importantly, I left there feeling absolutely better than when I had arrived. He took his time with me and answered all my questions.10 out of 10 guys!!!! Keep up the great work!

My family and I have been coming to this clinic for approx 2 years. I can't say enough good about Dr. Anochie. The problem is the office. Chronically late. Expect to wait an hour even with an appointment. The clinic needs to either take less clients or get more doctors in the clinic. They say they prioritize patents with an appointment (as opposed to walk in's) but they clearly don't. With a 230pm appt I finally got to see the doctor at 415pm. I have lived across the country and have never seen a clinic so chronically late almost every time. The front desk clinic staff is rude and unapologetic both on the phone and in person. When calling to book an appointment, you must keep calling over and over again. Don't even bother emailing the clinic (as per their message) they don't return messages.
