Went to get a piece of plywood cut simple dimensions 66 1/2 x 22 1/2 and the gentleman said they don’t do precise cuts only cut to fit in vehicle. So I said that’s the cut I need to fit in my vehicle and he said we’re not precise cutters so I can’t do that. Hey Irving, maybe the people you hire to work in your lumberyards should know how to mark a dimension, use a square to draw straight line, then cut that line.

Kent's Riverview has always been our favorite store. Not anymore!! We bought a snowblower Friday November 25th and it was gonna be delivered on Tuesday Nov. 29th. We decided to go with another Brand. So Sunday November 27th I went in to cancel the one we bought and to get our money back. Well what an ordeal. Apparently they can't give you your money back until they cancel the order and they're not open on the weekends so I have to wait till Monday. Now Monday she will try to cancel the order and call me if she does. So now I wait till tomorrow to see if this gets done. Now the one in charge couldn't even come and explain this to us. She left the young girl to explain it to us instead of coming over herself and talking to us. We have always shopped there we really enjoyed shopping there. After we get our money we will not be going there again!!

Worst lumber in New Brunswick! I had to go through half a skid to find 2 straight 2x4 . When i ask why ? I was told we have to sell the bad ones before we bring out tge good ones.Don't bother go to Hone Depot 10 times better.

Their website and doors say they open at 7am....NOPE that is for contractors only! Really. Well update your website and signs on your doors. Everything I looked at showed you opened to the normal public" at 7am!"

My husband and I went into the Riverview location on Sunday afternoon, and to be honest we weren't expecting to get much help as this was our second trip in within a couple weeks (also a visit to the Moncton store in that same time frame that left us feeling less than pleased) we are doing a bathroom reno and needed a tub, shower doors, a vanity and a flush. Simple right? Not so much! In our first visit we couldn't get any assistance so we drive to the Moncton store where we were told to just go online" and order what we wanted. We left discouraged and honestly ....mad. So we thought ok let's give this one more try. Back into Riverview we go and after 2 loops around your store to try and find someone to help us we were directed to the contractor counter. And that's where our whole experience changed

The Kent in Riverview is the best location. They always have what I am looking for and in stock! They usually have great deals and clearance items. The store is large, with a lot of selection. Always clean and organized. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Always willing to help and give advice on specific projects. Highly recommend!
