Landi and his team recently renovated the main floor of my home and basement rec room. They did an amazing job, the workmanship was superb and Landi suggested details that I didn't think of. His team went above and beyond. Have already recommended them to 3 of my friends.

We recently had our house fully renovated on all 3 floors by Diligent Construction, who went above and beyond to complete the tasks.We were getting quotes from many construction companies to renovate our home. We were planning on having the front exterior wall-renovated as-well as the bricks were deteriorating. We needed to add an extension on the top floor and fully renovate all the washrooms, both the kitchens on main floor and basement. Diligent construction beat the rates of all the other construction companies when it came to the bidding part.This was a major home renovation project and Diligent construction managed it very professionally with extremely well. Starting from the framing to plumbing, electrical, Hvac. Everything was done brand new. There was an addition of a 400sq ft second master bedroom on the garage of our 1980’s house, which was done with no problems. The whole home was fully upgraded with engineered hardwood flooring and porcelain tiles. The washrooms were finished with glass panel standing showers and modern vanities and tiles. The whole front exterior of the home was re-designed to give the house a modern look with 2 added balconies built with glass railings. Stucco and stone finish with beautiful windows and a modern front entrance door.Now that the beautiful home is ready and we have moved in with our family, we really want to say a big thanks to Diligent Construction for their dedication to finishing the renovations. We would highly recommend their services.

These people were excellent: thorough, meticulous, punctual, clean, responsive. I would fully recommend them. They installed a new shower wall and stove fan for us.

Stay away! They don’t know how to communicate or treat people fair. They rip you off and just over price because they think they can. They were a drywall company trying to grow but don’t know customer service, they gave us a quote and it was ridiculous. Found out one of my friends family members used them and were so unhappy. Glad I didn’t sign with them. Their team is young and not experienced as well. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
