Great experience with these folks. Went in for a seasonal tire change planning to wait for a bit, and was pleasantly surprised that my service was finished in under 20 minutes! Friendly and helpful staff made the process easy, and there’s an awesome email service to remind me of when I should schedule my tire change next season to beat the rush.

Not very helpful at all. I had an issue with a tire they installed rubbing. When I showed it to them they said it was from me hitting a curb, even though it was on the driver side (away from the steet) and the rim was completely fine. There was no possible way it was from that. Going to a more knowledgeable shop to get a proper opinion

Don and team came with high recommendations from a neighbor when I blew a tire and needed a replacement. They were accomodating and kind, and having had a good experience, I chose to go back for some brake noise.Not only did they squeeze me in, AGAIN, but the service was fast, friendly, and their kindness has been above and beyond.Generosity and good will are something you do not need to have in business these days but it is very refreshing to see and experience. After shopping around, I know I've found a mechanic I can trust who cares about their customers, and I suggest if you would like quality service with a smile, you give OKTire on Mountain road a call next time you're due.You will NOT be disappointed to learn first hand that there are still people around who conduct business the way they do.

I was charged $149 for a temp switch that i pricecd at $17-$73 and was told there cost is $100?after going over this issue with the shop they worked with me to help resolve this problem to my satisfaction

Just had a wonderful experience with the guys at OK Tire. Had a slight emergency with my brothers truck on the way home to Ontario. They were very busy but still found some time to look at his truck and align his tires. Wonderful customer service, kind staff and great work done. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve dealt with this business before, but first time in the Moncton area. Straightforward people and honest. I wasn’t sure where I’d be taking my car for future repairs, but I was given great service and my vehicle was ready earlier than expected saving me from having to find a solution for work.I will absolutely be coming here for any future work.

For 1200 dollars of work done poor quality and had to take it back because of e brake not adjusted properly and brakes not bled properly either
