Dom does beautiful work and the sky is limit when it came to bringing our vision to realty. He was consistently providing us with updates on where we were with production and install timelines and had our design template done within days of our site visit. It was so nice to have a trade be just as excited about the final product as we were!

As someone who always strives for excellence, I am not easy to please. Dom at Pivot Designs was patient, responsive, and willing to get us the information we needed to make decisions. Most importantly, Dom brought our vision to life. It was difficult to envision how the new layout would fit, but we trusted Dom's process. I recently did a full renovation on my home. I’ve been in the construction industry for 15 years and a decent chunk of that was in custom homes. I found Dominic to be very professional. He always got back to me promptly. If he didn’t have the answers right away, he made sure to find out and get back to me as soon as possible.We are in a new era of construction where costs are higher and it seems like no one really makes the effort anymore - and this is where Dominic separates himself from the pack. There were some bumps along the road in terms of manufacturing (this should be expected, not everything can be perfect right away) however Dominic made sure everything was taken care of.The price point is more than fair and what blew me away was the timeline. I got the kitchen installed in a timeframe that beat all other estimates.The kitchen turned out beautiful and it’s the first thing everyone comments on.
