I always have a great experience here. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I appreciate that whoever is helping me is extra polite in asking before coming in the change room to check the fit. I also feel that when the specialist offers their opinion, they are honest and try their best to find the best fitted bra.When I came here last, they didn't have the bras in the colour and size I wanted, so they placed an order and contacted me when the bras arrived. What I especially like is that I never once felt pressured to purchase everything (or anything) I tried on. I have always been very happy with what I bought here, even though most bras are expensive -- usually $90. That said, if you hand wash these bras and properly care for them, they last years.

I’ve been shopping at Vicanie’s for over a decade and have always been extremely impressed with the selection and how helpful the staff are. After my breast reduction in 2018 I had no idea what size I was. Vicanie’s staff in Cambridge measured me and got me into a bra that fit like a glove. When I moved to Kitchener I shopped at their location and was thrilled to find the staff there equally helpful and capable. I’ll never shop anywhere else. This is the place to go, especially as a bigger busted lady. I always buy my Saxx underwear for my husband there as well. They even have swimsuits!! If your bra hurts or doesn’t fit properly, you need to get to Vicanie’s!

They always do a great job here. I recently bought a new bra but noticed after the first wear that a part wasn't sewn properly. I was a day past the exchange and I had removed the tags. But when I showed the sales consultant she told me they would send it to their seamstress for a free repair! Excellent service. Will update when the bra is returnedEdited to add: I received my bra within a week of dropping it off. Everything fixed and looks great! Plus they threw in a small bottle of delicate laundry soap for any inconvenience. Will definitely continue to shop here and recommend!

Good quality and variety of bras but the customer service isn't as good as it should be. The manager or whoever working at the front used attitude and accused me of wearing a pair of tights that THEY opened to show me the color, so therefore I couldn't return them. I wouldn't return to this location. I've worked retail for many years and you should never use attitude if a customer is being polite (which I was) especially when you don't even realize you were responsible for the package being opened in the first place.

Lauren was a huge help in selecting a bra that fits and is comfortable. She was very at tentative, friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back for bras and swimsuits (men and women’s!) and more!

Lauren at vicanies is absolutely phenomenal!! She is very knowledgeable about everything in the store and if she is unsure she will find out for you!She takes her time to listen to what you want and need and what not only feels great but looks great too!My mom looks forward to going bra shopping now because Lauren helps her!!!Thank you a million times over for making a bra and underwear experience that I normally dread to do much more fun!

This was the best bra fitting experience I've ever had. Staff are super knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable throughout. Very efficient - rather than trying to carry 20 bras to a fitting room on your own, they will measure you to establish a preliminary measurement as a starting point and then do the work of finding appropriate bras.Buying bras can be a really challenging/frustrating experience with a large chest. I rarely find colours beyond DD that are not tan, white, or black. But they have *colours!* and bras that are actually pretty in larger sizes. I've never felt better or more secure than in the bras that I purchased and it was truly such a wonderful experience.Love that they will store your measurements in their computer system for future reference. I went back after my initial visit to purchase a sports bra (best sports bra I've ever had) and it only took 10 minutes because all my information was stored and ready.Thank you, Vicanie's, for helping me to feel more comfortable and confident in my body!

Two ladies helped me find a strapless bra. I was so appreciative of their help!! As a large chested mature lady, I had a lot of anxiety about finding what I needed, but they made it easy!

I love shopping here! It's hard to find my size at the mall so I was happily surprised to have many options to choose from at Vicanies. The fitters are kind and very knowledgeable. Planning to be a long-time customer, highly recommend!
