We've been dealing with Vanessa Hamilton for Paradigm condos and she really made the entire process very comfortable. I distinctively remember the elevators not working and her running up and down the stairs to show us the units! We were really impressed and truly appreciative by the hustle! Not interested in hearing about the discusting behavior of the landlords in the rentals of their developer buddies. As a physically challenged dental hygienist l have been criminally harassed by misogynist, racist supers. 33 in the 16 years l have been renting, nothing ever done in apt. I grew up in burlington and it is becoming clear the developers, our local MPP and pretentious condo ladies are all related to each other. Also giving their entitled offspring positions they are not qualified or educated to do while they powertrip around the properties daddy bought or swapped with other questionable people in this town.

Friendly and easy going attitude, always helpful and go the extra mile to help out. I was renting one of their properties and never had any issue. When the apartment needed attention, like a dishwasher that gave up, it was dealt with promptly. They even responded to me and showed hustle after I moved out about a question I had! For me that indicates the highest work ethic and friendly culture. Definitely recommended.
