Gala is a fabulous, skilled massage therapist. I've been getting massages from her for several years now for chronic pain, and every time, she works her magic. She is always attentive to my needs, and adapts her techniques depending on my pain level and location. She's easy going, warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable - I feel so lucky she's in this neighborhood!

Gala is AMAZINGLY skilled and incredibly knowledgeable about all things fascia/ligaments/soft tissues. She's helped me heal from an ankle fracture and I can attest to her immense talent! She's also keen to keep learning and I appreciate her enthusiastic love of her profession! I'd give her a 100 stars if I could!

I've been having massage therapy since those university athlete days over 40 years ago and have seen many, many different people with different styles and cannot believe how lucky we are to have Gala in our very own neighbourhood. She is a real practitioner of both the science and the art of massage, taking guidance from the client on their needs but also having great intuition in adapting to those needs. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!
