First time at this store shopping for jeans. Chris M helped me find exactly what I was looking for and more! He was so patient and helpful. He kept bringing me different models of jeans to try on till I found the one I liked. I ended up buying 2 pairs! He was such a great sales person and kept going back and forth to help me find what looked best on me. Great service!

Considering all the other bad reviews, I still went in looking for pants - no one greeted or even looked my direction, very uncomfortable feeling when you seem to be an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. I left 10 mins later. A&F work on your customer service! And possibly hire people who aren’t 17 yrs old

Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. After looking for someone to help me for 10 min, I finally pulled an employee aside. Told them I'm looking for a dress in a size, looked for 0.5 seconds and said they didnt have it. I told her I need a dress before the weekend so I have to leave this store with a dress (aka easy sale). She said, we dont have dresses its winter and walked away... I understand shes probably 19 and doesnt attend holiday parties but wow I've never been so disappointed in a clothing store.

The store is always mess, they never restock its been almost a month & All they have is XXL and XL in the whole men's front room. There is never any staff available to ask questions. Does this store not have a district manager who comes to check what's going on?

The kids selection seemed a little slimmer than usual. Perhaps we're in between seasons but I would have expected a better selection. Staff are young and more focused on what they're doing than trying to help you find what you need. We found a few things we needed and the brand itself is fantastic.

The helper guy at the store went above and beyond to look for the jeans I wanted. Great store and awesome service.

This isn’t a review for the store but the company:Get into your car, drive to the nearest bank, take out $600, then get back in the car, drive to the nearest bridge, get out and then throw your money over it because it’s going nowhere and that’s how Abercrombie treats returns. I spoke with 4 different people 2 of which said my return would be issued 3-5 business days, and then the 3 said it was already issued and the fourth said I received an e-card because it was passed 30 days even though I sent it back within a few days of receiving it. I apologize if you’ve made it this far with all of my grammatical errors because I can’t type through my panic attack. Please DO NOT give them any money, if you see this company, RUN don’t walk past it. My issue still has not been resolved and I’ve already wasted so many tears.

eally bad experience with their online delivery. the courier company they have hired is a fraud. the delivery guy places th parcel at front door take pics and after that takes back the parcel. An F should refund us. its their courier companys fault. they have hired a cheap company whose reviews say they are scammers and thief. apple express is the delivery service who have thiefs.abercrombies says they cannot refund stolen packages.i will make sure no one buy from them !!!

The clothing is overpriced, the fitting rooms are dirty, the staff is not trained or just doesn't care. The clothing style is just odd. I shopped for 15 minutes without anyone offering to help me. As I headed to the change room to temporarily store some of my choices, someone took them and piled them in a dirty storage room in the fitting room area, on a shelf. I shopped for a bit longer then went back to the fiting room to try them on. There was a sign to wait for someone so I waited, then waited some more, then finally just got myself a fiting room taking a few of the items from the open stockroom (adjacent to the fitting room). I was there for 15 minutes trying on clothes, coming in and out of the fitting room to get more clothes from the stockroom--no one attempted to help me nor did I see anyone. I wanted another size of something so went back onto the sales floor and someone had taken the remainder of the clothes that had been set aside, and put them back on the sales floor! So I then had to find someone who then went to retrieve the missing items. I went here because I had a refund from an online purchase--if it weren't for the fact I had a credit to use up I would have left the store much sooner...be careful with them online, even though I returned on time, they took awhile to process then refused to refund my credit card. Then when I made another purchase online (the total value was much more than the original refund card) to use the refund card, I ended up having to make another return-instead of using up the refund card first and crediting my credit card for some, they refunded 100% to the refund card! Unfortunately, I was not able to use up my refund card, and will have to return.

ordered a long sleeve online, it shipped from this store and they sent me a tank top?? in the complete wrong size..
