Kevin and the staff at Northend Mobility went out of their way to help my family when my father fell ill and his mobility declined. Whether it was with our car, accessing our house or inside our house, they always offered great options, provided amazing service and, above all, were compassionate and caring during a very difficult time. I haven't had work done on my vehicle there but did get a quote because my boyfriend knows them. The quote was actually $112.00 more then central but that's not saying they aren't good.

I have a very high opinion of Kevin. Went above and beyond for my family when the need for a conversion van on a budget arose. Went as far as taking the van to St Catharines to make sure it would work for my uncle's powered wheelchair and showed my aunt how to load and secure the chair in the van. Even dropped off the snow tires and removable front seat and put them into her shed for her. Seems like a genuinely caring person who was very helpful during a difficult time
