I.D.A - Ajax Community Pharmacy

We have been a client of this pharmacy for many years. It’s a great neighbourhood pharmacy and they get to know you and are always easy to work with. Danny and his team have been nothing but great to us.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have even been to. After changing places due to numerous delays and issues with my orders over 3 years ( they were across the street it just made sense so I stayed). It took them seven days and dozens of phone calls to fax over my prescription. I also found out their rates are between 20-30 percent higher than shoppers!!!!!!! I also found out a medication I was taking for three years should have been taken with food! Do yourself a favour and either switch or avoid this place all together. You will save money, get proper advice, not be inconvenienced consistently and just have less stress about your medications.Take a look at the five stars..... They are clearly fake.

I've been going to ida for 9 years Daniel is fantastic an always looks after my family I they are fantastic since then I've also got my mother in law they set up home delivery an if any problems ever delivering to her they call us . Now that's service . Thanks again for all your help an keep up the good work

Not sure why some of these people are posting negativity. This is the best pharmacy I've ever wentto. I've been coming here for 15 years and I've never had any issues about anything!!! Their dispensing fee is the same as everywhere else pretty much except for Costco which is a nightmare in my opinion.Daniel and your team keep up the great work excellent!

Terrible pharmacist. Unhelpful and unknowledgeable

It takes a very long time to get your medicine and they get so distracted and talk to people.
