From start to finish the experience at Brock Ford was incredible. The test drive was filled with knowledge. The purchasing process was seamless as was the financing. On the day of pick up, everything was ready, Beth was helpful in making sure I knew everything about my vehicle before leaving the lot and was available afterwards for any last minute questions. Grateful for the whole experience.

5 stars without question. I recently traded my Ford Escape needing to upsize our vehicle for a growing family. I was extremely nervous as I loved my Escape. Jesse S. from sales made the whole experience easy! He was very open and honest about everything throughout the process and instead of it being scary made it fun! We couldn’t be happier with our new van and it’s all thanks to him as we wouldn’t have found exactly what we were looking for. On top of Jesse’s service, the vehicle was absolutely top notch thanks to the rest of the team there. Highly recommend Brock Ford Sales!

While on my way to work I had a warning light let me know there was a problem with the right front tire on my Fusion. I stopped in at the dealership. I went into the service department and explained my situation to Tina Devlin a service advisor who I have dealt with previously. She was very efficient in the way she prepared the repair order and even helped me continue on to work on time. I was pleasantly surprised when she let me know the car was fixed and ready to be picked up in time for my lunch break. Top notch service as always at this dealership and I would recommend them to anybody looking for quality work at reasonable prices.

Had our F350 in for front end work in April, started noticing vibration and noise in front end.My son(mechanically inclined) looked at it and found loose parts!!Returned the truck for them to fix, they called and set it was normal!!Immediately picked it up and went to different garage to have second opinion and to our astonishment, they( Brock Ford) had tightened the loose parts and never said anything to us! Very dirty! On their part, will never go back or recommend them!

Great place to store your seasonal tires. When it’s time for the change over they are quick and efficient. I used to store my tires at home, but now I take advantage of their storage facilities. Makes things a lot easier for me.
