Allegro Central Vacuum Systems

I have an old central vac system and needed a replacement hose. It came, and matched my hose perfectly, but didn’t work. Vicki took the time to speak with one of their technicians and found out that my valves were too old to work with a new hose. Problem solved! I really appreciate her prompt replies and suggestions on how to make this work. Highly recommend.

Terrible return policy, I purchased a hose and power head package and it was not to my wife's liking; so I did call the company requesting a refund and get a flat no for an answer. I am very disappointed as my request was within 30 days of purchase. She said they will only do a refund when a product is never used. How a person can reach to that decision before using a product? That was not a professional way to handle that. buyer be aware!

I recently purchased two central vacuum systems from Allegro and am writing about the process of purchasing the units and installing them. Both units work perfectly and easily meet my expectations, but it is too early for me to comment on durability. Nora and her colleagues could not have been more helpful in assisting me with selecting the most appropriate units and accessories for my needs. They patiently answered my many questions, offered advice, and never appeared to be up-selling. Instead, they made clear when they thought I was buying a more powerful and more expensive unit than necessary. They were equally helpful in selecting accessories. I was skeptical of a small, hand-held carpet brush that they strongly recommended. And it turned out to be as useful as they predicted. Fortunately, the inlets and outlets of the Allegro units were in the same locations as those on my ancient units. Thus, installation was a breeze and required no new plumbing or wiring. At this point, I could not be more satisfied with my experience dealing with Allegro.
