Second experience with Heli cool. Furnace quit working on Xmas day, called and left a message. It’s been 5 days and they haven’t even returned my phone call. First experience they took off for an emergency call, never finished and never called me back to schedule another time.

HeliCool recently installed air conditioning (heat pump) at our home in Fernie. They responded promptly to a request for an estimate, their price was very competitive with the other companies, they did a great job installing and cleaned up after themselves and it all cost what they quoted! They were friendly, helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Heli Cool recently came to my house to diagnose an issue with my furnace after it stopped working suddenly. I called them Monday afternoon, and they set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. The furnace was fixed within an hour. I was billed within an hour of work completion. In summary, they were professional, efficient and affordable. It was the best experience I've had with an HVAC company in the Elk Valley. I would recommend them to anyone.

extremely disappointed with helicool. would not recommend this business to others. they were responsible for breaking my dishwasher and did not follow through with a guarantee of solving the issue without charge. The process has been ongoing for 5 months and still not resolved. Avoid.

We have had several contractors in our home over the last couple of years and this company was the most reliable, respectful and professional company we've the pleasure of dealing with. They went out of their way to accommodate us. They are incredibly knowledgeable and use good quality products at a very reasonable rate. Thank you Heli cool for all the wonderful work you did for us! I needed a new boiler for my home last year during the cold season. I phoned several businesses for price quotes. HeliCool was the fastest getting back to us with a competitive quote. The installation happened very quickly. One small glitch happened with the computer module on the boiler on the 2nd day of operation ,on a Saturday and a person was there to fix it within 3 hours. I have had no issues with the boiler since then. Thank-you for the exceptional service.
