This has been a very disappointing experience. There is no WiFi available here, and the only restroom is currently unavailable for use. The environment is dirty. Most importantly, the attitude of the staff is very poor. Before I placed my order, the server was playing with her phone, and even during the ordering process, she seemed distracted. I repeatedly emphasized that I wanted whipped cream on my mocha, and she kept assuring me, but I noticed that it wasn't indicated in the order display. Initially, I thought she might just not be writing it down but would still add it. However, when I received my order, there was no whipped cream. I had to remind her again, and then the barista had to pour out some of my mocha to make space for the whipped cream. I used to really enjoy Blenz Coffee, but I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

One person working during a hot Summer afternoon. Pulled in while riding my motorcycle. Left disappointed to say the least. Won’t be going back. Next time I’ll just head to Richmond Centre straight even if it’s a bit further down.

This is one of my favorite coffee chains. The dark hot chocolate made with oat milk is SOOO GOOD ... Waves, or all of the other copy cats can't compare. This particular location has made efforts to update their atmosphere. The only thing I find frustrating is that the washroom is always out of order. The staff have always been friendly.

Friendly service, tasty medium roast coffee(Guatemala) and it's organic! They also have variety of choice of pastries. Cranberry orange muffin is my favourite.

This location usually has great service but my experiences have been getting worse. My last visit I ordered a vegetarian Samosa which they usually microwave and grill, this time the gentleman threw the Samosa into the microwave put it on high and gave me a soggy overheated extremely hot Samosa. With no napkins may i add. Also ordered the rocky road bar - wow what a mistake. The rocky road bar was stale and clearly old. My friend also ordered a brownie and it was extremely stale and crumbly. Clearly old stock again. We did order coffee beverages and they were fine. Staff was friendly enough but did not make up for the poor taste and quality.

Update Oct 2021:I have to add to my review because the last couple of times I have been since, there has been one lone person working despite the long lineup during mid afternoon on a weekend. The person was kind to every customer and was moving as quickly as he possibly can. Well deserved kudos to a hard working person who continued to serve customers with a great attitude. Also, we enjoyed our coffees yet again.Original review:Been here many times over the years and it’s always been packed. They were quiet during my mid afternoon visit on a Sunday last weekend though, most likely due to the dine in restrictions. However, I do suggest swinging by if you are looking for coffee. They have some patio seating and a ton of parking in the lot, in case you’d rather chill in your car instead.I like their mochachillos, caramel lattes and hot chocolates. The guy who served us was really nice and friendly!

She doesnt know the difference between a latté and a flat white. She gave me a latté with 2/3 foam while i asked for a flat white. Annoying. Please train your staff. I will go to Starbucks going forward.

It was a midmorning visit with my wife. Pleasant enough, but a little odd without any music playing that morning. Comfortable, the drinks were fine, and the lemon loaf was tasty.Nothing exciting, but that's what we wanted: a pleasant, quiet morning tea and coffee.
