Dulux Paints

We had a great experience today with Kayla. Even though she was on her own in the store with many customers, she took the time to ask what we wanted and was very appreciative that we said we'd come back to get the paint when it was ready. Kayla was friendly, smiling and happy to serve us.

I went to Dulux today to get some colour samples. Kayla was awesome! Even though it was almost closing time, she answered all of my questions regarding exterior paint for my different projects. On top of that, she did it with a smile! She is very knowledgeable. She provided me with very useful tips. Thank you for providing excellent customer service.

Dealing directly with our Cornwall store #8430 was a pleasure from start to finish with our wallpaper purchase. Both Katrina and Hannah were extremely helpful showing us books and placing the order. We ended up needing extra paper and decided to do another room and with the tight timeline the girls were fantastic and rushed the order and came through for us. I highly recommend Dulux for all wallpaper related project. Very satisfied customer. Kudos for service excellence.

First can of paint was perfect shade. Needed more of the same and second can when put on the walls is a completely different color. Never ever had an issue with color tint at Home Depot. This is my first time using dulux. I know I People will say blah blah blah but when it’s computerized color mixing it’s supposed to be a heck of allot closer than what I experienced. The corner shot shows how far off each version is. What a mess now.My Follow up on this. Reason the colour was off was the Store worker selected 5 gallon mix for a 1 gallon can. When I pointed out the error and that it’s now on my walls and I must spend hours redoing this the response was I was busy and selected the wrong size. Mixed a new can and first offered me employee pricing??? Was not impressed. Made it clear I was not paying for their mistake. How is this an apology and acknowledging the error. Plus did not put the colour on the lid as this would have helped notice the issue before i spent hours painting. As I said will go to home depot as they always put the colour on the outside of the can and would not try to charge me for a store error

Smallish in-store selection. Lots of sample books to order from. Prices are high. Staff member greeted us going in then got really scarce. We had some questions, but never saw her till she speed-walked past us, obviously avoiding any interaction.

Hannah from Dulux Cornwall was amazing during the crazy buy one get one free event. Her client service was above and beyond. She even took the time to show a New Canadian client how to load a paint roller and apply paint.

This is my place for paint. last time Hanna Recommend a paint for my deck and it was perfect. Katrina is so efficient and knowledgeable in advising me with colours for my home.

Web page shows open until 3 PM today - got there at 2 PM and they are closed. Waste of my time.

The ladies working yesterday on Easter Monday definitely deserve a 5-star review! They were swapped with a huge warehouse order, but still took the time to help us with our paint issue, mix the perfect paint, and give us some very helpful advice. We felt welcomed, and appreciate all their help. We definitely will be returning in the near future to purchase more paint!

Excellent service from Katrina M. We bought 5 cans of stain and she was very helpful in explaining how to apply it . Very knowledgeable . Helpful and polite. Great experience. Worth the drive from Brockville.
