Great place helps me out with my hearing show how to use the hearing aids and when i lost my one piece they tryed to make sure i was able to get replacement

I have been a customer for Hear for Life for more than 9 years. I have recommended them to my friends and family.They listen to you carefully and provide the hearing devises you need based on your life style and budget. They are attuned to new products that are industry wide and do not go with only one provider. Again considering their customers needs. If one set of hearing aids do not work they find another that will.The staff, where ever I go, have kind, helpful and always ready to provide the service needed. I am on the road a lot and if I have a problem I go to any of their offices in the area.I will continue to be their customer as long as I need hearing aids!

I recently was accepted for odsp I've had multiple hearing tests at the location the audiologist was friendly and professional unfortunately I waited 5 weeks for hearing aids that didn't work they came in just before the holidays, I came in and said I was having problems with them and the receptionist made me an appointment for Jan 30 and this was in December, after a week I called and said ide like to see someone sooner one week.I had plans out of town in London Ontario I brought them with me my brand new broken hearing aids. I called a local audiologists and was seen that day, left with functional hearing aids after a week they stopped working again and again I was seen that day.Unfortunately they were sent off for repairs or replacement. Estimated time one week.Still before my Jan 30 appointment with hearing Life on Danforth.I can't understand the business model of selling me a broken product and making me wait to deal with the problem.

Today me and my husband visited Dr. Daniel Karia at Hear for Life Toronto clinic for a free hearing test. He spend 1.5 hours with us. In addition to the hearing test, we've got from him a number of additional services and consultations, all for free and with no rush. Daniel is a highly professional, caring and trustworthy doctor. Next time we'll definitely go only to him. Highly recommended!

Friendly, helpful staff who explain everything every step of the way. Any problems or questions you may have are answered immediately. I highly recommend this particular location and their wonderful staff.

Can't recommend these folk enough! I am a professional musician (Drums/Percussion), and as such I have a need to safeguard my ears. Rhonda and the rest of the staff consistently go above and beyond to provide the products and service, I need, to be able to do my job.
