They just care about politic and money. They earned lots of cash from offshore schools but actually do not care about the leadership and teaching quality at those schools.

Their phone must be unplugged or put on silent. Voice mails must be set to immediately auto-delete and the service staff talk to you like you owe them money.

Never answers the phone, when you leave a voicemail they never call back or anything at anytime of the day! Poor service and overall horrible customer service

The point of online access portals is to be convenient. It is far from. No actual help desk, where you can speak face to face with a person is also a huge detractor from what should be an easy, straightforward service experience.
