Beautiful shop with the best customer service. I love going in there just to browse although I've been trying not to because of COVID. I just bought a little Christmas bundle for our place since we don't really have the space for a full tree. Last year a got a little dried flower arrangement as our Christmas tree" too. I guess it's becoming a tradition!"

Cutest floral shop with the most passionate owner! Wen Wen the owner worked with me to create the perfect bouquet for my sisters convocation and even took pics and notes of my inspo. The result was stunning and very reasonably priced.They have a large variety of dried and fresh flowers which makes me so happy when I walk in ☺️ will be back for sure!

Cream Mint was my florist for my wedding 3 weeks ago and they were hands down the best florist to deal with! I was very happy to have found such friendly and very experienced florists. They were so patient with me and they replied to every single one of my emails. I gave them an idea of what I was visualizing and they knew exactly what they were going to do for me. My bouquet was super beautiful that I had decided to dry them! If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would! Highly, highly recommend this place for any occasion.

The shop is full of many pretty floral arrangements, fresh and dried. We stopped to purchase a bouquet and asked to have one made that was similar to one a customer was on the way to pick up. The employee was accommodating and agreed to make it within 15-20 minutes, and it was ready promptly. The reason this review is a 3 star is because of the flower quality we received. I didn’t realize since the shop was dark inside, but the roses in the arrangement looked older and browned along the edges. I did not have the time to go back to get it fixed. I understand potentially limited stock of florals and our request was not made in advance, but I wish the quality was consistent with what I paid for, or at least be warned that the flowers in the arrangement would be older. It was a gift for a friend, so it was very disappointing.

Phenomenal florist! They went above and beyond my expectations and were so friendly and accommodating. Affordable prices for stunning customised bundles. Service was outstanding. 100% recommended.

Fantastic service and a wonderful idea for bringing flowers to the hospital

Spacious store and abundant plants & flower species to choose from. I bought and re-pot some plants here and a few flowers for family and friends. Had excellent buying experience everytime, and their customer service is also top-notch. I asked many stupid plant maintaining questions, but they were always caring and helpful. Such a wonderful florist store in the community.

Awesome and friendly staff helped me pick out a houseplant. Gave me watering and potting instructions. Great selection too!Update: I visited again to purchase another plant and also bought a pot, they offered to re-pot it for me for no charge. Amazing customer service.
